change working with the language revitalization team for 2 years. During my first year, I was tech support and completed the language proficiency diploma program. During my second year, I continued tech support, was promoted to educational assistant, and had my first experience teaching Haíɫzaqvḷa as a full time language nest teacher. It has been an amazing learning experience and I am committed to becoming a fluent speaker and to continue assisting with our Nation’s language revitalization efforts.
